The Plantconnection team understand the importance of excellent customer service. Whilst we try to get everything right first time and every time, should we occasionally slip up, we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation, ensuring that you are happy with us and our products
All plants are checked before despatch and will be in good condition, free of disease at the time of delivery and true to type.
If we make any mistake concerning your purchase we will correct the error within 30 days.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order you should contact us within 7 days to obtain a full refund or replacement. We may ask you to return the goods to us before a refund is made.
Goods to be returned will be at the customers own expense unless they are deemed to be faulty in any way in which case we will refund the postage if this is under £4 or arrange collection if it is over £4.
Before returning an item please contact our customer services helpdesk with the following details:
Your account number and order number
The goods which need to be returned
The reason for the return
As soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you we will send you an email to confirm this has taken place. This will either be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you or from the date of agreeing the refund.
If you have any questions on the returns procedure or are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received, please contact us (link) giving as many details as possible and we will do our best to solve your problem with the least inconvenience to yourself.
Complaints
We hope it never occurs but should you have a reason to make a complaint we promise to handle this fairly, effectively and confidentially.
We aim to respond to any complaint via telephone, post, or email within two working days.
