How to order |  |

1. Adding an item to your basket |  |  | When you have found an item you would like to order, type the quantity you require into the box labelled "Qty" and click on the 'Add items to basket' button. This will add the quantity of items you requested into your 'virtual' shopping basket. |

Every time you add an item to your basket, you will be taken to a window showing you your basket and the items that it contains. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking "View Basket" in the top right hand corner of the screen.
The number of items in your basket will be on view in this top right hand corner box throughout your session. Please note that by closing the browser window, all items will be deleted from your basket. |  | |

3. Checkout| When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on the "Proceed to Check Out" button. |
 | | You will then be asked to select an option for whether you are a new or existing customer or have a special offer code. Select "I am a new customer, please register me". |  |

| We will then ask you for your email address and a password. You also have the opportunity at this point to opt out from receiving email newsletters and catalogues from us. |  | | Click 'Continue' and then 'Continue' again when promted. |

| Your address & contact details will now be required - Make sure you fill in all the required fields as marked with a red asterix and click 'Continue.' |  |

4. Delivery| You will now be shown your invoice and delivery details and be given the opportunity to change these. |
| Because of the nature of our products, delivery dates for different items may be staggered - you should refer to each product category or individual item for guide delivery periods (click here for more info). Delicate young plants are generally sent by first class post or 48 hour courier service, all other items are sent by second class post or standard carrier service. |  |
Some parcels may need a signature on delivery - if a neighbour will take your parcel in your absence, please click the "Add delivery notes" box and provide their details. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to other UK addresses will incur a charge at the rate specified. If you are happy that your details are correct click "continue" and your order confirmation will appear. The order confirmation will show all the details of the products that you have ordered, as well as any discounts or special offers that have been applied to your order. If you have a special offer code that gives you discount on any plants, you can insert this into the relevent box in this window. 
Once you have checked that all of the details are correct, click "Continue" again.

5. Making Payment
The following credit and debit cards are our accepted form of payment, and the only way to order online:Visa, Electron, Delta, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro.
You will now be asked to complete your card details and confirm your order. |

6. Order confirmation
Once your order has been accepted by us you will receive an automatic email to confirm this.

7. Track your order |  | If you wish to know the status of your order please email us quoting your order number and name. |
